How do I track my order?

All orders are processed the same-day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

How long do I have to wait for my order/package to arrive?

Standard ETA base off your location. If you are based in:

East Coast: 2-3 business days

Midwest:  3-5 business days

West Coast: 5-7 Business days

Can I make a return or get a refund?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@mzikigai.com. If your return is accepted, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition to the stated address in the email thread. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please check our refund policy for more details.

Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately, as of right now we do ship domestic only.

Our operation hours are 9am - 5pm from Monday to Friday.
