How do I track my order?

All orders are processed the same-day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

How long do I have to wait for my order/package to arrive?

Standard ETA base off your location. If you are based in:

East Coast: 2-3 business days

Midwest:  3-5 business days

West Coast: 5-7 Business days

Can I make a return or get a refund?

All sales are final for Snapback Caps (no return or exchanges) except for anime figures, we do have a 14-day return policy. Which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately, as of right now we do ship domestic only.
